Area Sales Manager North America

Your tasks

  • Customer Success and Care: Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive support and regular engagement.
  • Market Growth: Drive market expansion and increase market share in your sales region.
  • Pricing, Margin & Revenue: Optimize pricing, margins, and revenue to maximize business performance.
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop sales strategies, analyze markets, and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with partner companies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Your profile

  • Vocational training and/or degree in a technical field
  • Further education in milling technology and/or business administration
  • Several years of experience in sales, ideally in a comparable position and industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office
  • Strong customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the USA and Canada
  • Fluent in English; German is considered a plus
