The 90° PICUP bend is specifically designed for mill pneumatic systems, serving as a critical connection between roller mills and riser pipes. It is available with inlet diameters of Ø120 and Ø150 and is compatible with pneumatic conveying lines ranging from Ø45 to Ø154. For systems with pipe diameters of Ø88.9 and above, the PICUP is equipped with an adjustable air intake to ensure consistent process stability and optimal airflow.

For effortless cleaning and maintenance, the PICUP features a hinged housing cover with a quick-release fastener, allowing for instant access and rapid clearing in the event of a product blockage. The robust stainless-steel casting is intentionally designed without seals or textile components, which significantly reduces maintenance requirements and ensures maximum operational reliability under demanding conditions.
