European Milling Congress in Munich

From May 14 to 16, 2024, the European Flour Millers’ Congress (EFMC) took place in Munich – a key meeting point for professionals in the milling and grain industry. SWISCA participated as a sponsor, seizing the opportunity to present innovative solutions and establish valuable connections.

The congress focused on process optimization, sustainability, and digitalization – core areas for SWISCA as well. Expert presentations and discussions addressed current challenges and future developments in the industry.

A special highlight was the presentation of our ROMIL roller mill, which we transported to the Hofbräuhaus Kunstmühle specifically for the event. During the Bavarian breakfast on Saturday morning, attendees had the chance to experience the roller mill up close and gain insights into its electronic roll gap adjustment.
