The BREAK falling brake is inserted in downpipes in cleaning systems to regulate product flow. It is available in diameters of Ø150 and Ø200 mm for vertical or inclined piping layouts. An adjustable regulating slide gate allows for precise adjustment of product retention and throughput. This protects downstream machines and pipe bends from excessively high drop velocities and minimizes material wear.
